More than 50% of working women face sexual harassment, lewd jokes and unwelcome sexual gestures in their professional careers. Reporting sexual harassment is not easy, for fear of whimsical termination, unwarranted work pressure, cossetting the team environment. The Sexual Harassment of Women (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, commonly referred to as the POSH Act, mandates employers to constitute an Internal Committee (IC) to address all issues related to sexual harassment at the workplace from an aggrieved woman including inquiry and making effective recommendations to the employer pursuant to the inquiry of such complaint made. Kiran Ashri has been a  3rd party member of ICC and We are committed towards supporting a fearless environment and non-biased hearing while maintaining confidentiality of the aggrieved throughout the process.
